To impact the lives of female athletes and create life learning experiences through elite basketball instruction, competition, mentorship and college scholarship opportunities. 

MISSION STATEMENT:

Our mission is to develop and inspire young women through the game of basketball. We believe the game is an opportunity to impact the lives of our athletes physically, socially and psychologically. Our intent is to develop strong, high character, self-confident female athletes who are committed and empowered to building a bright future on and off the court.

While our overall mission is broad, developing high-level basketball athletes is a top priority. Our commitment to cutting-edge training methods, a nurturing and growth-mindset environment, top national exposure competition events and a professionally licensed coaching staff enables our athletes to maximize their potential and reach their goals of playing college basketball. In addition, we advise and consult players and their parents through the rigorous college recruiting process and work diligently to secure maximum athletic and academic aid.

We are a certified USA Basketball Youth Development organization and adhere to the proposed development standards, protocols and teaching curriculum set forth by the governing body. We comply and enforce all SAFESPORT guidelines and regulations to ensure maximum safety for athletes within our organization.
